NOW Celebrates Peace and Wellbeing at Tagore Festival

The Network of Wellbeing (NOW) had a wonderful experience participating in the Tagore Festival, in Dartington (Devon, UK) in late June. The annual Festival aims to honour the life and work of the Indian poet and writer Rabindranath Tagore, and to bring a taste of Eastern culture and wisdom to the West. This year, Tagore Festival chose "celebrating peace" as its main theme, and the NOW team really enjoyed being a part of this joyful celebration.

Giving to Improve Wellbeing: Experiences from a Design Project

In this post Wellbeing Ambassador Moira Mottram shares a recent experience she had running a branding and marketing project for a bereavement service. Moira explains how the experience relates to some of the Five Ways to Wellbeing (Connect, Get Active, Keep Learning, Take Notice, and Give). In giving to this project – and enabling others to give to it too – Moira found that she received a positive learning experience, beyond the original aims of the project itself.
